Mark Zuckerberg has come a very long way over the last 8 years since starting Facebook. One of his accomplishments has been becoming the youngest self-made billionaire history, in addition to become one of the top 40 richest people in the world.
According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Zuckerberg dropped from the top 40 list after Facebook hit an all time low of $28.84 on the Nasdaq. His worth fell over $1 billion to 14.7 billion from $16.2 billion in a matter of just days.
Many people are feeling the impact of the Facebook IPO dropping. 20% of the top 20 youngest billionaires in the world are because of Facebook.
Since Facebook went public, it has been a downward spiral opening at $38 and losing more than $25 billion in it’s first week alone. Nasdaq blamed many of the problems on technical glitches.
